Create a new test system from ECC6.0 production excluding HR data

Hi Gurus,

We are using TDMS3.0 for creating test system from ECC6.0.

and we need to transfer all data excluding HR data from production system.

can any one share the initial configuration steps and procedure how to exclude HR data.
