Table where Compliance Score for Shipping Instructions Stored in ECC

Hello,

We are creating a custom vendor/supplier evaluation application in BI. We are using 2LIS_02_ITM and 2LIS_02_SCL to bring in scores.

We have found that we need to bring in the score at the material document level but neither datasource brings in at this level. It brings in data at the PO Item Level.

Can anyone please provide the table where the score for Shipping Instructions is stored in ECC at the time of goods receipt (not EKPO or PWEV - those are no help to us)?
