MB26 not showing all Open Reservation Line items

When we are running Pick List using MB26, system is pulling only few line items for Work Order or Reservation.

The same reservation, work order is having many lines items which are partially withdrawn or completely open. But some how system is only pulling few of the lines items.

What's the actual logic for getting right Pick List from MB26.
