Inventory management

Is it possible to have bin to bin management at an IM managed location (not WM).

I have a material that leave the storage room and gets out into bins in the production area.

Is there a way to manage that IM (inventory managed) level. I donot want to implement WM.

How can i track that flow? Any strategies? Simple lean?
