Need help regarding EP, Webdynpro

My requriment is as follows:

1. Develop WD appl with NWDS and deploy for testing.

2. Publish WD Appl on Portal.

3. All should be latest version.

Q1. What are all need to be install for the above req?

Q2. OS ?

Q3 RAM?
