I have been looking through RPCEDTU0 to make an implicit enhancement to add this custom field to print but no luck so far. Any suggestions?

You can add fields (from infotypes) by using tcode PE51_CHECKTAB and modification to include 'RPCEDDZ9' (for data definition) and "RPCEDSZ9'.

Thanks, I added the field from infotype 1 but how do I change the layout for RPCEDTU0 to display the field?

Check out OSS 320257 for further instruction. You would need to modify include 'RPCEDDZ9' to declare new infotype (e.g. infotype : 0001 . ) and 'RPCEDSZ9' to activate this infotype (to be used in HRFORM).
