Cancelled timesheet record (status 60) in CATSDB

Does anyone know how to get a CATSDB time record into a status of 60? Initial timesheet entry via CAT2 creates record in status 10. Time record is release puts status to 20. Approving time record puts status of 40. Rejecting time record during approval puts record in status 40. I am trying to figure out what action puts a time record to a status of 60 - Cancelled.
