ChaRM: SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC shortdump

All,

I just finished configuring several Z Transaction Types.

On my Change Document (ZLFN) I have a problem.

The Change Document is created from the Change Request, when this is authorized.

The creation of the Change Doc works fine, hower when I click the save button on the Change Doc I always get the short dump: 'SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC'.

When I directly create a Change Doc, without a Change Req, all works fine.

Any help is appreciated!
