SAP CRM 7.0- Determine Org Model Position Assigned Employee as Partner in Transaction

Hi Gurus,

I need some help on determining a Partner in a transaction who is assigned to a position to the Organisational model in SAP CRM. We are using SAP CRM 7.0.

Example: We have Person X assigned to Team Lead Position for Org Data SO1. When we raise a transaction 123 for Org SO1, we want a partner Team lead partner function to be defaulted as Person X from the Org model of SO1. I am stuck at Org model rule to get it work. Can some one throw some light on this please.
