Round up value in PO

Hi,

Can anyone help me out

As in the Purchase Order the Grand total need to be round up for eg Amount of 53,437.50/- so we need to round up the total to 53,438/-. So please kindly guide me.

Rounding up the value depends upon your currency decimal places. I hope your currency as 2 decimal places. In this case rounding can be possible to nearest value but decimals i hope cannot be removed.

Please check the tcode OB90 for maintaing rounding up values for your currency and OY04 for decimal places maintained. Please check with your FI consultant.

Use Tcode SU3...Select Default-Decimal Notation-Select Y.

Save...Then procedd...Hope it helps..

Hi,

In OY04 you can set the decimal place for the currency.

Go through the documentation before you make any changes

Set decimal places for currencies

Each currency has a different number of decimal places.

If you are adding new currencies, which do not have two decimal places, you have to enter these currencies in the menu option 'Decimal places'.

In the settings delivered with the system, the most important currencies which do not have two decimal places are pre-set according to the ISO standard.

Activities

1. Check whether in your company currencies are in use which do not have two decimal places, in addition to those delivered.

2. Set the appropriate number of decimal places for these currencies
