unable to close assey fiscal year -AJAB

We have set the scrap value to 1.00 ,and the asset is fully depreciated ion 2008 .Asset Rs 100 ,DEP 99 and scrap value 1.00 .Now we are unable to close the fiscal year as the net book value shows ruppe 1 and says the asset is not fully depreciated.What do i do.Please help.I need to close the asset fiscal year for 2008.
