Getting FAX# Telephone Number# & E-mail Address from Address number?

Hi Folks,

I have a requirement in which I am getting the BP number based on that i will go to other table(BUT020) to get address number & then from this address number I will get the home address details but for FAX, Telephone & email address details, I have to use one structure for which I am not sure to use in FM or in some other way?...the structure is SZA1_D0100..I also did where used-list...but could not figure out the exact usage...can anyone tell me what exactly should I do to get these details?
