Issue With Transporting IP Objects

Hi,

I have captured, released and imported characterisitc relationships and data slices on a real time info cube and they successfully went to the target system. However when i want to change it in the source system it is giving the following error,

Characteristic relationships ZIP_FCST locked by Change and Transport Organizer

How can i delete this lock and change it. The transport in which it is captured is already imported.

Hi,

Go to transport connection in RSA1 and expand the Object Type PLAN, there you can select your characteristic relationship and collect it. In the right frame it will show the transport request no. in which this char relationship is locked if the transport request is not imported already.

To unlock the objects you can go to SE03 and select 'Unlock Objects (Expert Tool)' under node 'Requests/Tasks' in left frame. There you have to just provide your transport request no. in which your char relationship is locked and then click on 'Execute'. It will unlock the object and you can make the changes.

The transport has already been released, I got a resolution to this problem by creating a open transport and assigning he object to it
