Hallo Experts,
We're in the initial stage of using SolMan for the purpose of Systems Monitoring.
As far as our knowledge, we configured all our Managed Systems to SolMan 7.2 correctly but we're struck with the error "Data Supplier for Technical System is missing or outdated.
We already done the following to troubleshoot the error but not yet succeed to resolve it:
1) SLD configuration
2) CR and CIM model are having the latest patch level.
Available OSS notes 2225446 and 1018839 from SAP Marketplace didn't help to resolve the issue.
Any ideas are appreciated.

Hello Sreenu,
for the different parts of technical systems and hosts different data suppliers are responsible. What you can do is when you ensured that teh data sending to SLD has been worked correctly, to check whether the data reached SLD. Then as a second step you can check whether the sychronization between SLD and LMDB is working fine. You have the possibility to manually trigger a resychronization of the data supplier data from SLD to LMDB for one technical system.
To do so open the technical system in LMDB,
go to Edit Mode,
under the Advanced Button you find the entry "Resychronize from SLD".
Press the Button and check the output.
