BOM explode

Hi All

I have created an alternate BOM exactly with the same materials, but added only one field. So when iam exploding the BOM with alternate BOM 2 then the report exploding the alternate BOM 1. Is there any configuration required satisfy this process.

Sub components are also created with alternate BOM, to explode multilevel with alternate BOM 2. so sub components are exploding with alternate BOM 1.

Please suggest.
