Regarding the possibility of connectivity between EP 6 and ECC 6.0

Hi All,

We have some reqt as below...

we have two portal servers EP 6 accessing R3 4.6c for ITS based ESS applications through two seperate ITS servers based on 620.

Now as per the reqt, we have to upgrade the R3 to ECC 6.0 and one portal server to EP 7.0.

Our queries are:

After upgradation of R3 to ECC 6, the other EP 6 based on WAS 620, which is having a ITS 620 based ESS application will be able to talk to the upgraded ECC 6.0 ?

If not can the EP 6 based on WAS 620 directly access ESS services from the integrated ITS of ECC 6.0
