CRM Reporting Client

I have installed the CRM Reporting Client in CRM 2007 using the SAP Best Practices (C41) document and everything went for for the DEV install. It's now time to create the QA and PRD environments.

I was just going to follow the same document to create these 2 clients but there has been some concern raised regarding transporting to these clients if I create the content directly in the QA and PRD clients from our BW team.

Can anyone provide so guidance or documentation and the building of the entire D-Q-P environment for CRM Reporting?
