Sales Personnel number

Any help will be greatly appreciated. I need to find the name of the Sales Personnel associated with each billing document . I can pull the personnel number VBPA-PERNR of the sales person by entering the billing document and partner function VE in the VBPA table .

But from where do I pull the full name (text). What is the table that stores pernr and the full name? I can see the name in the Billing document (VF02) by going to GoTo Items Item Partner

I do nto have access to HR module.
