Enabling LM00 on Integrated ITS

I have enabled LM00 on Integrated ITS in ECC. When I try it from a HandHeld mobile device, the input screen does not accept the entry.

Anyone with a similar experience ?. Any service that I am missing. I have tried it with various options.

Hi Shankar,

If using integrated ITS in ECC 5.0 or 6.0 (Netweaver 2004 or 2004s), this will not work with RF devices. ITSmobile (Netweaver 7.1) will work with RF devices.

If using earlier ECC systems, you need to use sapconsole or WebSAPconsole. WebSAPconsole is HTTP based and sapconsole is Telnet based. Either way you need to setup a middleware server.

I am on ECC 6.0, Netweaver 7.

I have enabled the trx on ITS and it is working on the VMU and Handheld devices. Not sure what you mean by Integrated ITS does not work for this environment.

Please can you elaborate. I don't want any surprises ....

Your system should support most standard RF Mobile devices. As for your issue with LM00, what is the issue in more detail? Does it accept a manual input instead of a scan?

I have followed the wiki and SAP help. While using the LM00 trx on the handheld device, it would not let me key in a value in the Input Prompt

Hi,

what is the error message?

Did you configure ITSmobile - did you know when you use WebGUI the performance and the much JavaScript

on the device make a usage not possible.
