IDOC_INPUT_ORDERS does not have any relationship information

Hello,

We have Sales Orders that get created via inbound IDOCs. But when I go to the Sales Order to view the IDOC information under "Services for Object", I cannot see this. The option "Relationships" is grayed out.

The note 1248645, is not applicable, as we are at a higher support pack.

Any help, will be greatly appreciated.

What kind of IDoc Inbound type you are using. Standard or Custom ?

The inbound message type is Standard - ORDERS. The function module is custom (copy of SAP standard).
