sap lumira OpenDocument on the BI Platform loading "forever"

Hi,

My problem is since yesterday, if I try Execute on BI Platform or open my file directly from Lauch Pad, or direct URL it keeps loading and nothing happens. its for just Lumx Document.

Interesting just on my PC, another users havent got any problem when they calling Lumira Document.

I am calling URL on Mozilla, its work, but IE and Chrome doesn't loading.

System : BI-Platform 4.2 and Lumira 2.1

Could anyone help me??

Is the LUMX Discovery or Designer? Which SP of BI4.2 are you using?

Lumx Designer Document. Our System is BI PLATFORM 4.2 - SP05

Clearup the IE cache and try again.
