Access permission in BPC.

Dear Experts!

I am New to BPC.

I creating a Application, Here I have 3 users.

Now i want to give permission to User 1: Admin

and User 2 & User 3 only to Vew reports & insert data from Input Schdules.

I want to give Administrator page access to User 1

and BPC-Excel & BPC-Web interfaces access to User-2 and User-3.

I want to Restrict User 1 & User 2 to access admin page.

Please need help.

And one more question. I am Useing SAP BPC 5.0 in VMware.

I created a Application where "CPMAdmin" is a Administrator and "BPCinstall" is a user.

Now, I am setting Work Status to Applicatoin with user name "CPMAdmin" And i am logging in with User name "BPCinstall", here "BPCinstall" is able change Work Status settings done by "CPMAdmin".

Actually i want to restrict "BPCInstall user to change work status which is set by CPMAdmin.

I am setting Work Status

Hi Satish

Go to task profile and see the various tasks available there.

There would be varios headers

there is task under view interfaces "Workstatus" called "set work status" and select it to left if you want that user in that task profile to use it else dont select it.

This is where workstatus is controlled.

This is where you control all the tasks to the team or user using that task profile.

Go to task profile and create profiles with admin access, reporting and system reports.

Ex: Under profile task please select only eanlyze for reporting task.
