I have a question about call list.
I would like, from the BP transaction, using the transaction CRM_CALL_LIST, see the call list automatically in the ICWC.
The steps are the following:
1- In the BP transaction, I select a business partner to schedule it, in the tab CONTROL I select the button "calling hours" and insert the days and time.
2- I go to the transaction CRMD_CALL_LIST and:
in tab "general"
> I enter the transaction type
> PCAL and enter the Processing Horizon.
in tab "Business Partner" --> I enter the business partner whom I did the scheduling.
in tab "Scheduling" --> I enter the Business Hours: Calling Hours.
in tab "Assignment" --> I enter Default agent.
in tab "Call List" --> I enter Call List Title, flag Activated assign lists, Responsible user, day and agent.
All fields remaining are empty.
Then in transaction CRMD_TM_CLDLIST, I choose my call list, attach the responsible, and active.
Now, I would expect the call list in the ICWC for the BP scheduled, but it is empty.
Do I forgot something?
The only way to find the call list in ICWC is to attach at the node "call", my BP, manually.
But in this way, I schedule them twice, manually.
What am I doing wrong?
