PO's fully goods receipted are still appearing in the list to GR

Hi,

I am experiencing the following problem. The PO has been goods receipted fully (checked both in EBP and R/3)

Why it is still appearing in the list to be goods receipted in "Confirm goods and services" in the menu ?

Hi All,

I have run CLEAN_REQREQ_UP several times (specifing the SC num) but it doesn't help.

Today I tried to run it with no entries and I received the error message: "No Status object is availiable for <Unknown Object>." When I double click on the error message I get "Diagnosis

When trying to read the status of an object (<Unknown Object>), a system error occurred: For object

number 4FFEBA4308041F4BE10000000A400BB3 there is no status object".

What does it mean?

Yes, in this table there are several lines for this PO. How can I delete them?

Here in this case you need to run the clean reqreq up and bbp get status 2 for this SC then ask the user to check, if the GRN posted completely the it will clear from the user inbox.

The problem is when I check the Shopping cart in BBP_PD I can see that 'Delivery Completed" Indicator is not set. I have run programs CLEAN_REQREQ_UP and BBP_GET_STATUS_2 and this indicator is not updated.

Is there any chance to set it manually???

Hi

The issue could be linked to status update programs BBP_GET_STATUS_2 and CLEAN_REQREQ_UP.

Pl. run these programs manually first in SE38 and again check. Do not put any entries when you run these programs.

If the delivery system is not on then set the flag on R3 side on the PO via MEMASSPO - Mass Maintenance
