CRM Service Order

Hi Gurus,

I had a problem. How I have to configure the R3 system so that if a Service Order is uploaded into R3, it can be able to get the right employee responsible from CRM? I'm referring in particular to the Business Partner which are Employee in CRM...

You will need to have the employees in CRM as well as R/3

Can you be more clear about the problem???

I guess you need to work on Partner Functions and their Access Sequence to get the solution..
