I will try to clarify by giving a business scenario:

An agent receives a call and open an interaction record (IR), he need to classify the IR with the category modeler.

By choosing category from the category modeler, results will raise from the solution database (as alerts).

We store in the BRF rules that give answers considering to the subject (category modeler) of the IR and considering to the customers master data.

When we create problems in the solution database we want to connect those answers (solutions) with calculate BRF rules.

We saw in the IMG of solution database there is possibility to link business object to problem and there in business object type: General BRF object.

Is any one has experience with that?

PS u2013 our BRF rules maintain in ECC and not in the CRM

Hello,

Thanks for clarifying your scenario. That is helpful. To answer your question, I have never seen anyone do what you are attempting. Rather most customers use the default functionality of attaching the desired SDB solution ID directly to a node in the category modeler, so that the solution is proposed when the category is selected in the multi-level categorization. I have not seen anyone try to qualify these categories based on rules -- especially not rules stored outside of the CRM Rule Modeler. So I imagine that it would be quite a bit of work to implement on a project basis. Just my opinion.

Warm regards,

John

Hello Hanoch,

I'm not sure that people understand exactly what you are asking (or trying to do). Can you perhaps add more clarification on what you are trying to accomplish?

Thanks,

John
