Hi experts,
I have a specific requirement. We are implementing negative time management. All absences will be met by absence quotas, for which there will be no LOP. But for each absence beyond absence quota, there will be LOP.
To meet this requirement, I have created two absence valuation rules- assigned these rules- one with paid absence, another with unpaid absence. Every thing is working fine. Whenever an employees takes leave from paid quotas, no LOP is happening, but when takes leave from unpaid leaves, proportionate values are getting deducted : not ony from basic salary but also from all other payment & deduction wage types.
guys, tell me how to restrict this LOP. I want this proportionate deduction only from basic wage types, not from any other wage types.(Value of other wage types should remain constant as before).
Basic (1001)= 16000
Washing Allowance (1002)=80
Other Allowances (1003)= 1000
