Assigning Oracle parameters

Hi,

I have completed SAP installation on an AIX 5.3 & Oracle 10.2.Would you please tell me what are all oracle parameters to be changed/assigned and files name /location.I would say simply oracle post installation on a SAP machine

For the parameters please check the sapnotes #830576, #948294 and i don't understand the part with the file name / locatiom.

To easily check which parameters to change, run the report from note #1171650.

I know that by now it shouldn't, but it still amazes me how many requests like this are posted on here.

Do that many people REALLY perform installs / upgrades without reading the documentation?

Pretty much all of the relevant SAP notes are listed.
