goods movement

Hi,

coulde me give some points what should be change in SAP setting with new year, that goods movement work corectly. I know that should be open account period and material period 01 2009 with transactions MMPV and MMPI, there should be set document's range interval for 2009. And something else?

The FI periods can be set in OB52.

U need to check if the ranges are set for the new year and open the MM period 01/2009.

U make sure the FI period is open too.

Hi

Yes It's enought: jus only if you open MM period, check also FI period: if MM period is closed u can't post a material document, but if FI period is closed it can't create a material document because it can't post the corrisponding accounting document.
