PR to PO conversion

Dear SAP Masters,

i am facing problem in Planning , multiple PR are getting genrated on the same date though requirement datre is different,

when i am going to covert those PR in to PO system via me47 system is creating diffferent line items for same delivery date.

plz guide how to combime different PR into single line item in a po if he delivery date is same for the required material.

Hi,

As per my best knowledge you cannot convert several PRs into one PO item automatically in standard system.

You should maintain proper master data to get the desired result.

Please maintain the correct lot sizing procedure in the material master of your material (MRP1 view; I think periodically would be OK for you - but you know). Please check SAP online help for details:

Using the proper master data settings you are likely to get one PR and the conversion will result in one PO.
