Delivery Question


Can somone explain the Packing function within DELIVERY (Sales A/R > Delivery)

If I go into the Delivery and bring up an Order to Deliver, I can Right click on the order and I get a Packing Option. I can then pick a Pack Type (eg a BOX) and add several Items to this pack.

However, I am not sure what is the process to choose another Pack Type (ie Box no2, or 3) for the same order. In our case an order will be made up of several BOXES.

Also, once I Delivered the specific order:

a. How do I go back to see the Packing Details - what was packed in what box.

b. How do I print these Details in the Delivery Note - does the relevant PLD layout give me access to packing details

c. anybody know of ducumentation on this topic?
