Campaign Discounts (Conditions of Campaign Discounts and Pricing Procedure)

Dear Experts

We need to apply special discounts according to parameters (sales organizations, segment, product etc.) in different campaigns in SAP CRM 2007. We tried to do the necessary configuration, firstly we defined campaign determination procedure, and have been able to determine relevant campaign in sales order. However we couldn't retrieve campaign discounts in sales order. Most probably we have missed some customizations step.

We need to know the integration between campaign discounts and our sales order pricing procedure. We couldn't see the condition type name (in WEB UI only the description of the condition types are displayed in campaign discount tab). I guess we should benefit from condition types 1200 and 1201 with different access sequences but do not know the way how can we use them.(how can we relate these condition types with sales order pricing procedure )

Could anyone guide us, any help will be appriciated.

Is your Campaign Discount condition a standard one or custom? Since you are saying you are using 1200 and 1201, check if your pricing procedure does include those discount conditions.

Thank you for replying.

Yes we have located condition type 1201 in pricing procedure but cannot retrieve it and also cannot maintain the campaign related discount.

From the discount tab in campaign master data we can select the condition type (Let's say BP/Product, we can enter the Sales Area/BP/Product but cannot maintain the percentage of the discount) If we'd like to maintain it from condiiton maintenance transaction in GUI we got such an error message "Condition records containing the field Campaign can only be edited in Marketing."

By the way, we couldn't understand where the condition types showed in campaign discounts tab, are retrieved. We couldn't find the relevant customization step.Is it retrieved from the condition maintenance group 1200?
