unable to restrict picklist print through C041

Hi all,

I have the issue in C041(Collective conversion of planned order to production order). I am unable to restrict the pick list print even though the list id LK01 is unchecked in OPK8 -List of control Transaction.

I want only production order to print when I convert the planned order to production order through C041. To get this I have checked the list ID LG01 in OPK8--List of Control transaction and unchecked the LK01 but still the system prints picklist also.

It is working fine for C040 t-code i.e when we convert planned order to production order through MD04. Here system is printing both production order and picklist as list ID's LG01 and LK01 are checked in OPK8 but it is not working in C041.

Can anyone let me know where else I can check further to get only the production order print. I am working in ECC6.0

this issue is resolved by SAP by modifying the std function module in ECC6.0. The note is released.

Have you tried to use CO03 or CO04 for printing?

Dear,

In the OPK8 transaction if you select the *generic* it includes all the transactions. I need through C041 becos the moment production order is released it should get printed. Hope its clear now.

Does CO41 was already added in the List control for transactions?

if not, try to add it

OPK8 > Reference order types > List control for transactions > copy transaction C040, rename it as CO41, if you want you can make some modification. uncheck LK01

or change the no. of printouts to '0'.

I tried all the following ways but still the picklist is printing.

1. deleted C041 and added again

2. change the print variant

3.Added c041 in generic and tried

4.Made the order type generic and tried

Eventhough I tried with all the above combination but in vain still the system is printing both production order and picklist when I execute through C041 t-code even though list ID LK01 is unchecked in OPK8
