Aggregating in SP6

Data that was aggregating perfectly to parents in 5.1 (SP3?) no longer aggregates correctly in SP6. I have an alternate hierarchy in the account dimension and logic that is generating the data. No changes were made to the logic (except re-validating) and now nothing is summing correctly. Are others experiencing this?
