Dear All,
I have configured the reason for movt for movt type 311 and in MB1B i put the reason for the movement.
but the reason for movement is not appearing in material document list.
what could be the reason?
for other movement type lets say 551 movement i have configured the reasons and in MB1A I put the reason for movement and i get it in MB51.
but whats the problem for 311 with MB1B?
Can anybody pl suggest?
Regards,
Anil
Dear sir
Go to OMJJ , enter the movement type 311, double click the field selection ( enjoy). And click new entry. Enter movement type 311 and give field name GRUND, and click required entry.

Hi
Check OMBS transaction for 311 movement type - reason field is supressed. Make it mandatory or optional. And enter the reasons in OMBS.
Thanks

Anil,
Go to OMJJ select 311 mvt type. Go to the details in that "Entry control" tab "Control reason" field.
you can find the following entries
+ Entry in this field is optional
- The field is suppressed
. or blank Entry is optional
In general for the mvt type 311 the value will be "-" i.e the field is suppressed. You have to change it to "+" to appear the same in MB1B.

Kannaiah Naidu.
