Hi Gurus,

When I go in VF02 for release to accounting.

Error comes : For object RF_BELEG Z222, number range interval 01 does not exist FBN1

When I go to transaction code FBN1, then I put my own created co code ie, Z222.

I put in insert number range

no. : 01

year : 2009

From number : it is saying ' no free intervals were found'. If I put some number in 'from number'

and in 'To number', then it is saying 'Enter intervals without overlap'.

Kindly help me.

Hi,

This might be because you have assigned all the number ranges(Ex:0000000001 to 9999999999) to some other number ranges say 14 or 49 in year 2009.

In FBN1(change) go to any exiting number range for year 2009 and cut short the numbers. For example if the number range for 49 2009 is 010000000 to 9999999999 then correct the number range as 010000000000 to 0100009999 so that number range from 0100010000 to 9999999999 will be free. save then again go in new entries and maintain the number range for 01 2009.

Go to FBN1 and give the interval as 01 and give your company code Z222 and the year. Now check the number range that is available and whatever number range is available that you maintain and save it and then save the document

Dear Rajesh

In FBN1, after entering 01, place your mouse in tab "From number". Now press F4 so that system will propose the available number ranges. Choose anyone and save.
