SQL statement failed: (-816) Specified database file already in use

Hi Experts.

I am trying to run my Mobilink Sync Scripts, however I always get this error whenever running the scripts on my Java application. I have checked my processes and services and can't find any local database running. Can anyone help me on this case on why I am getting this error?

SQL statement failed: (-816) Specified database file already in use

If there is not another engine running this database, there is some other process that has the database file opened.
