XK99 Withholding Mass Changes

Hello -

I am trying to add Withholding settings for Extended Withholding Tax to vendor master record.

When I run XK99 open for all vendors, it only pulls the vendors who currently have Extended WH settings on their vendor master record.

What I want to do it pull a whole series of venodrs including ones that don't already have WH data and add WH data to their exisitng vendor master record.

Does anyone know how I can do this? Right now, its just filtering by vendors who are on this table.
