Dispute Management - Upload of Dispute Cases

Hi All,

As part of our Dispute Management Implementation, we have a requirement of developing a program to create Dispute Cases based on an excel sheet which has required information.

To develop this program, I am looking for a Function Module, BAPI etc. to use. If anyone of you have done this, can you please let me know the FM or BAPI to use to create dispute cases.

I tried "BAPI_DISPUTE_CREATE" but was not successfull with it. If anyone have used this BAPI, would appreciate, if you can give some input on how to use this BAPI.
