Planning Book Technical Design

Experts,

I need a help on technical design of planning book, particularly how the rows and columns are designed for bucket view.

When i debugged i reached to this function module /SAPAPO/PI_SDP_DATA_IMPORT, It would be great if some one can help whether we can achieve that layout in custom report.
