product catalogs, Ibase, spare parts

the customer wants to order spare parts which are also parts of Ibase. but in Icss, we have to create catalogs.

1)so what approach will be good for creating catalog

2) in which way we can restrict thedisplay of only those spare assigned to ibase in requesting
