Setup Tables Jobs Failed

Hi Friends

One More Question on Setup tables .

We are having 100 million records for Billing extractor when checked in the appropriate tables and based on number ranges provided by the business.

Since i dont get more time to fill my setup tables i requested BASIS to provide me more threads and spilt the jobs to fill the setup tables.

I am running 15 parallel jobs with number ranges at a time.

My luck turned other way when only one job failed out of 15 jobs due to memory issue

Now my question

1. Should i delete setup tables and rerun the job ???

2.Can i rerun the job that failed.If i run so will i miss some records.This is done in system downtime only.
