Dear Team,
How can we identify HR administrator for an employee.?
I need to develop a workflow in which when a employee requests the workitem has to go to HR administrator. I was not able to get any clue from TS12300104 or Rule 60100010.
Can any one you help me in this regard,
Thanks a lot in advance

Hello,
HR administrator, is maintained in IT 0001
Test the user with FM : HR_GETEMPLOYEEDATA_FROMUSER
PERSONNELLADMIN, will return the HRAdmin
I suggest you make a copy of of the Std workflow : 12300111
And also a copy of standard approval task (12300104)
Assign the rule : 60100010;and Make the task, a general task;
Don't forget to make neccesary changes in SWFVISU.
Cheers,
Remi

For HR administrator you need to maintain the table T526.
where ypu have to mentaion the HR administrator Userid's in the column SAP Name.
This is country specific. In Infotype 0001 also you need to mention the administrator group.
Hope this will help you.

What he means is that on Infotype 0001, you have the field P0001-SACHP where you can identify the HR ADministrator. Most part of the HR processes search for this field when they need to identify the HR person responsible for some activity.
Good luck!

Usually you maintain it in It0001 for the pernr or unless you develop your own rule.
