Hello experts,
Until now I have created security roles as described here:
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04s/helpdata/en/d6/0f09867b26e4488dd2a8a3b214f590/frameset.htm
Is there some equivalent method in /nwa or some other way that does not require direct access to the SAP server (but instead can be done remotely, e.g. on the web interface)?
Best regards,
Florian
Hi,
I'm not quite familiar with security roles, but if a sercurity role is the equivalent to the UME actions and J2EE security, you can do this with the /nwa or the UME.

Hi,
this should be doable in the /nwa. But his may depend on the NW version you are running. With NW AS Java 7.1, the default administration interface is /nwa, the visual administrator is no longer supported.
