Hi
customer has upgraded their bpc landscape on MS to 10.1.8.2 from a 10.1.6....At the end of the activity they noted from service.msc the "BPC CTS ServiceManager" service is missing.
Th first problem is understand why this behaviour...the second step is to recreate this service and the correct sc.exe command to use for reimplementing it.
How is it implemented this service in your BPC 10.1 MS landscape?

This could be because the customer did not run the installer in Administrator mode?
