Missing roles in MI7.1, new installation

Hi,

My SAP Basis team has installed a new SAP Netweaver AS. Now I will do the configuration to enable Netweaver Mobile.

According to SAP documentation the first step is to creating an Administrator Profile (http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nwmobile71/helpdata/en/45/17a790d8000064e10000000a1553f7/frameset.htm). This I will do by assigning two roles, SAP_DOE_ADMINISTRATOR and SAP_DOE_TECH_ADMIN. However, none of these roles exist in my system. I am not able to find them in transaction PFCG!

Is it my SAP Basis team who should have installed something more or is this done during some post-install?
