what is diffierent between BPGE-WTGES and BPGE-WLGES

I would like to know about different between BPGE-WTGES and BPGE-WLGES

and

between BPGE-WTGEV and BPGE-WLGEV

because I think its updated simultaneously

WTGES is currency in Transaction currency which would be say company code or controlling area currency but WLGES is currency of Ledger currency means currency that you have defined in Spl Budget / Planning ledger which might be different from Transaction currency
