Changes from 4.7 to ecc6 documentation

Hi,

I have to create a documentation of the changes happened from 4.7 to ECC 6.0 with regard to data types, domains, data elements, tables, report statements etc, is it possible to know the changes with regards to above said things, kindly let me know.
