Oracle patch upgrade

Dear All,

Currently in my one system, I have oracle 10.2.0.1.0. There is some problem with this release. So i want to upgrade this to Oracle 10.2.0.2 or 10.2.0.4. Can u tell me for this upgrade, what files i will require to download from service market place & what will be the procedure to upgrade this. My system is SOLMAN 7.0 sr2 on windows 2003 server.
