How to adjust stock value only from stock listing report

Hi, I need help please!

Can anyone tell me how to adjust the stock value through the stock listing report only?

As there are some item the quantity actually is 0 only, but the value of the stock shown on the stock listing report is not zero, either minus figure or positive figure, how can I adjust that particular item value back to zero in the report only, and bring the stock value amount from the report down to match the balance sheet stock account.
